Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a Multifeeder Technology PA 150 Industrial Performance Print and Apply labeling system to apply a label onto the lid of a platen pack as it travels on a Hinds-Bock is an intermittent motion indexing platen machine at a rate of up to 50 per minute with a +/- 1/16" accuracy. The Hinds-Bock machine will present platens continuous motion the wide dimension leading at a rate of up to 25 feet per minute or 50 per minute with a six inch pitch. An operator will hand placed sandwiches into the platens, and the Hinds-bock machine will apply a lid to the platen. Next the Multifeeder PA 150 Print and Apply Labeling Machine will be straddle mounted over the Hinds-Bock machine to apply a label onto the lid of a platen traveling below. A Roll of labels is loaded on the powered unwind assembly. The unwind assembly gently unwinds the roll of labels to stage them to be applied. The labeler is equipped with a Print Engine to print the labels and then transfer them onto a smart Tamp Applicator to apply the label onto the platen pack traveling below. The Labeler will be signaled to label by a Photo Optic Start Sensor Assembly. A powered rewind is used to rewind the liner from the labels once complete. This labeler includes a straddle mount assembly. This unit is NOT a sanitary Wash down Unit. This proposal assumes that the customer will be responsible for the mounting, installation, and integration of the labeling machine. As an option Multifeeder can provide mounting, installation, and integration services at our standard rates. Options available: As an option, Multifeeder can provide straddle mount hardware to mount the labeler. The labeling machine can be mounted onto an optional Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility. Commission = $ 27619.00 - Non Commissionable Items (Start up, Integration ($ 995.00 + $ 3,995.00)) = $ 27,619.00 - $ 4,990.00 = $ 22,629.00 * .15 = $ 3,394.35
