Project Scope: The proposed system consists of an MFT IP 350XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the products are fed they will be counted into batches by a user settable batch size. As the products exit the discharge of the feeder they will be handled by RR Donnelley. Optional items: High Performance Package for increased speeds greater than 300 PPM, HDSR 1000-350 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility, Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feed back to accurately place your products onto a passing base product when used in a tipping operation, Stack Light to alert operator of machine status at a glance, Start Sensor to signal the feeder to begin a feed cycle, Signal Interface Cable with foot switch to signal the feeder to feed when the operator actuates the foot pedal, Automatic Drop Table to accumulate the product after it exits the discharge of the feeder and automatically transfer into your existing lugged in feed, IMCT 350 Catch Tray to accumulate the product after it exits the discharge of the feeder for an operator to manually remove.
