Project Scope: The proposed system consists of an MFT IP 250XLD Industrial High Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from the stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the products are fed they will be accurately placed onto a moving base product as it travels down your existing in line folder. The feeder will use the Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feedback to accurately place the product during ramp up/down and any line speed variations.
