Project Scope: The proposed system consists of an MFT IP 250ED HCP Industrial Perforamnce Friction Feeder to separate and feed your CR 80 cards from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the cards are fed they will transfered into the MFT 350ED Driven Discharge Assembly using one of the Continuous Accutipping Controllers with encoder feedback. Once in the Driven Discharge Assembly the products will be accurately alligned to the base product using the second Continuous Accutipping Controller. A pressure roller assembly will provide a transfer point from the Driven Discharge to the base product. The system will be mounted by Cross Core over their existing line.
