Project Scope: The proposed system consists of an MFT v 350XED Signature Series Friction Feeder to separate and feed your base sheets from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. An HD 425 Product Support Curve Assembly will provide support to the product stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The feeder will be started and stopped by the operator on the control panel of the feeder. Once started the feeder will feed the product in continuous mode. Optional items: Backer Repeat Mode with encoder feedback to allow the feeder to place the product at a user settable pitch on the conveyor while following line speed, HDSR 1000-350 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility.
