Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a used reconditioned Multifeeder Technology MFT 250 V Signature Series Series ED Friction Feeder system serial number 1135-08538 (2011 model)to feed various products up to 200mm (7.87”) wide onto a Vega Folder Gluer machine at a rate of up to 300 per minute with a tolerance of +/- 1/8". The MFT 250 feeder will gently separate your products from a vertical stack of the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the products are fed, they will be transported individually through the 200mm (7.87") long discharge of the feeder. The Vega machine will feed a base sheet, and the MFT 250 V ED Friction Feeder will be signaled by a Photo Optic Start Sensor to feed a product into the pinch point of a top belt assembly on the Vega machine. The feeder will be configured with ezTipping with Encoder consisting of an encoder with wheel mounted on your base machine to monitor its speed. The computer timing compensation package will vary the speed and timing of the feeder to ensure that the insert is placed accurately on the spot glued surface regardless of the speed of the base machine. The feeder mounting will be provide by the customer. This Feeder available on a first come first served basis. Options available: Options include Multiple Product Detection (Double Detection) and Batch Count Mode. Lease payments: Lease to own three monthly payments of $ 2,101.37 and then buyout 100% applied to lease basis of $ 14,009.00 RYPAc Commission: $ 14009.00 - 667.10 = $ 13342.00 * 10% = $ 1,334.20
