Project Scope: The proposed system consists of an MFT IP 350XED Industrial High Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from the stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the products are fed they will be accurately placed onto a moving base product as it travels down your existing conveyor. The feeder will use the Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feedback to accurately place the product during ramp up/down and any line speed variations. The feeder will be mounted by PFS. The MFT v 350XED Signature Series Friction Feeder will separate and feed your base products onto your existing conveyor using the Backer Repeat Controller with encoder. The feeder will be mounted onto a stand on rollers to roll up to your existing base. This is to be displayed at the Graph Expo. As of today we will ship tipping feeder portion and MFT will deliver remainder in the show truck to Talleys booth.
