Project Scope: The proposed system consists of an MFT v 250XED Signature Series Friction Feeder to separate and feed your CR - 80 products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the products are fed they will be accurately placed onto your moving base product using the ezTipping Controller with encoder feedback. The feeder will be equipped with discharge side guiding to register the product as they are fed through the discharge. The start sensor will detect the passing base product. Optional items: Stack Light to alert operator of machine status at a glance, Pressure Roller Assembly to transfer the product from the feeder onto the base product.
