Project Scope: Quote 19955-01 The proposed system consists of an MFT IP 250XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the products are fed through the discharge of the feeder they will be scanned with a Mag Stripe Reader (RS 232). The data from the Mag Stripe will be sent to your existing controller via RS 232. The maximum speed when using the Mag Stripe is estimated at 150 products per minute but can vary depending on the number of tracks read. Once a base product is detected the feeder will use the Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feedback for accurate product placment. Optional items: High Performance for speeds beyond 300 products per minute (Mag Stripe Reading speed is still estimated at 150 products per minute), relay interface box to stop your conveyor if the feeder stops feeding, Pressure Roller Assembly to transfer the product from the feeder to the base product. Quote 19954-01 The proposed system consists of an MFT IP 350ED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the products are fed they will be placed onto your existing conveyor base. The feeder will have a 2 meter Automatic Product Loader (APL 2000-350) for increased loading capacity. The system will mount onto an HDSR 1000-350 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility. Optional items: Accutipping Repeat Controller with encoder feedback to automatically follow the speed of your conveyor and place the product at a user settable repeat distance.
