Project Scope: The proposed system consists of six Multifeeder Technology MFT 250 XED V Signature Series Friction Feeders to feed screen protector kits up to 200mm wide into the in feed of Econocorp Cartoning machine at a rate of up to 40 per minute. Each MFT 250 Friction Feeder will gently separate your sheets from a vertical stack of the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the sheets are fed, they will be transported individually through the 375mm (14.76") long discharge of the feeder. Each feeder will be signaled to feed a product into the in feed bucket of the Econocorp by a Photo Optic Start Sensor assembly. The first feeder will be signaled to feed in each bucket and the subsequent feeder will be signaled to feed by a Phot Optic Start Sensor detecting product in the in feed buck for a no pack no feed. Each feeder system will be mounted onto a HDSR 1000-250 Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility. Two of the feeders will be configured with Batch Count Mode to allow those feeders to feed more than one product into in feed bucket of the Econocorp. An interface box for up to six feeders will be used to provide the Econocorp with a cycle signal once each feeder has fed. This proposal includes a discount for an order placed on or before January 30, 2012. No representative involved. Options available: Each feeder can be equipped with optional Batch Count Mode or Multiple Product Detection (Double Detection). Other options include a Spare Parts Kit, A Low Product Detect Sensor Assembly, and Standard Feeder Installation.
