Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a Multifeeder Technology MFT 350 Industrial Performance Friction feeder system to count and drop batches of booklet to be wrapped by your existing wrapping machine. The MFT 350 IP Friction Feeder will gently separate your products from a vertical stack of the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the products are fed, they will be transported individually through the 375mm (14.76") long discharge of the feeder and will transfer the booklets one at a time into an ADT 350 Automatic Drop Table where they will be stacked and accumulated in a pre selected count. The feeder drop table combination will be signaled to drop a completed stack into the in feed of your existing wrapping machine by a Photo Optic Start Sensor. Once the drop table drops a completed stack and returns to its closed position it will signal the feeder to replenish the the drop table with a new stack. The feeder system can be mounted onto an optional HDSR 1000-350 Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility.
