Project Scope: The proposed system consist of an MFT IP 350XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from the in feed hopper of the friction feeder. The products will be accurately placed onto the moving base product as it travels down your existing conveyor. The feeder will be timed to your line for accurate placemnt using the Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feedback. The feeder will be equipped with small diameter nose rollers and bridge belts to accomidate small product sizes. The system will be mounted by the end custoemr using their existing Moll brackets.
