Project Scope: The proposed system consist of an MFT IP 350XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the card are fed through the discharge of the feeder they will be accuratly alligned to your moving base product using the Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feedback. The feeder will be signaled to feed by a start sensor which will detect the leading edge of a passing product on your existing conveyor.
