Project Scope: The proposed system will consist of an MFT IP 250ED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your leaflet's from a stack in the in feed hopper. Once the products have been separated they will be fed into the discharge section where a barcode reader will be mounted to scan the barcode and match it to a pre-entered code. If the code does not match the feeder will stop on error for an operator to process. If the code does match it will be fed into your bucketed conveyor. The feeder will be signalled to feed via a start sensor mounted on your line to detect the buckets. The feeder will mount 90 degrees to your existing line on a HDSR 1000-250 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and moblity. Delivery: Customer pick up.
