Project Scope: The proposed system consists of two Multifeeder Technology MFT 350 Industrial Performance FXED Friction Feeders with 375mm (14.76") long flexible discharges to feed three sizes of vinyl insert sheets up to 300mm (11.81") wide into the flighted in feed of your base machine at a rate of up to 45 per minute. Each MFT 350 FXED Friction Feeder will be mounted onto an SR 1000-350 Stand on Rollers and will gently separate the products onto the feeder discharge. The flexible discharge is equipped with segments that are angle adjustable in respect to one another to allow the angle of the discharge to be set vertically to best transfer the leaflet from the feeder into in feed of your existing machine. Each feeder will be signaled to feed by a Photo Optic Start Sensor. A Static Minimizer system consisting of a power supply along with a static bar mounted on the top and the bottom of the product will be used to reduce static on the products as they are fed. Options available: Dual Vacuum Track Assemblies each consisting of a vacuum chamber and a feed belt with holes that travels over the chamber will be used to allow the feeder to best grip the products as they are fed. An optional Electronic Interface Box can be used to signal the line to stop if the feeder runs empty or has a fault. Other options include a Low Product Sensor Assembly, a spare parts kit, and standard feeder installation.
