Project Scope: The proposed system consists of an MFT IP 350XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products into your existing flighted in feed conveyor. The feeder will be signalled to feed if a product is present in the flighted conveyor by a start sensor mounted over your existing line. Once a product is detected the feeder will feed a sheet into the flighted spacing. The feeder will be mounted onto a HDSR 1000-350 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility either at the end of your conveyor or 90 degrees to your conveyor. JOHN-I NEED THIS FEEDER DONE BY 10-14-11 AS I WILL LEAVE WITH IT IN THE COMPANY VAN THE FOLLOWING MONDAY 10/17.
