Project Scope: The proposed system consists of and ADT 350XLT Automatic Drop Table to allow you to accumualte a stack of products. Once the stack has been accumualted by your existing feeder and a start pulse is recieved from your existing start sensor the ADT 350XLT will drop the stack into your lugged conveyor. An APL 2000-250 Automatic Product Loader will provide increased loading capacity to the system. The APL 2000-250 will be inline with the feeder. The complete system will mount 90 degrees to your existing lugged conveyor on a HDSR 1000-250 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility. Multifeeder Technology wants to ensure the safety of all operators and maintenance personnel using our equipment. Due to application differences and requirement variations in the variety of industries we serve, Multifeeder cannot define or implement safety devices such as guarding, E-STOP switches, interlock switches and warning labels without prior direction and approval from plant personnel. Multifeeder therefore treats these safety items as available options available for quotation and purchase. The party purchasing these systems is responsible to define and secure these items from Multifeeder or accept all responsibility for implementing these features themselves.
