Project Scope: This is equipment for the upcoming Graph Expo which starts on 9/11 System 1 – Stand alone MFT IP 250ED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed cards into an IMCT 250 catch tray at the end of the discharge. Once the stack is removed the feeder will automatically begin counting the next batch. This system would mount onto an HDSR 1000-250 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers. System 2 – MFT 350ED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to feed base product onto your existing conveyor. The feeder will have an encoder mounted onto your line to detect and follow line speed. The feeder will feed product down at a user settable pitch. The feeder will be mounted by PFS or if it will mount at the very beginning of the conveyor an HDSR 1000-350 can be used.
