Project Scope: The proposed system consist of (2) IP 250XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeders to separate and feed your products into the discharge section of the friction feeder. As the products are dispensed from the feeder the feeder will use Continuous Accutipping Software with encoder feedback to accurately place the product during ramp up/down and any line speed variations. One of the feeders will read the product barcode. The barcode data will be avialable from a serial port for you to process.
