Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a Multifeeder Technology 250 XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder with 375mmm ( 14.76") extended discharge to feed products up to 200mm (7.87") wide one at a time a catch tray at a rate of up to 20 batches of eight per minute. The feeder will gently separate product up to 200mm (7.87") wide onto the feeder discharge. Left and Right Discharge Side Guides will be used to be certain that the products are straight as they travel on the feeder discharge. A customer supplied and integrated laser printer will be used to print a code on the cards as they travel on the feeder discharge. The completed cards will be fed into IMCT 250 Adjustable Depth and Width Catch Tray with up to 6" depth capacity that is supported on top to the feeder frame by two support bars. A Photo Optic Start Sensor will be mounted in the tray to signal the feeder to replenish the tray once a stack is removed. Options Available: An optional APL 2000-250 Automatic Product Loader (2000mm x 350mm) can be used for increased in feed magazine capacity. Each feeder can be mounted onto a HDSR 1000-250 Stand on Roller for mobility. Optional Air injection side guides can be used to blow air in the side of the stack to help the feeder best separate the products before they are fed. Optional Dual Vacuum Track Assemblies each consisting of a vacuum chamber and feed belts with holes that travel over the chambers to allow the feeder to best grip the products as they are fed. Other Options include a Spare Part Kit, A Low Product Detect Sensor Assembly, and Standard Feeder installation.
