Project Scope: The proposed system consists of an MFT IP 250XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your leaflets. As the leaflets are fed from the in feed hopper of the Multifeeder the stack will be automatically refilled by the APL 2000-250 Automatic Product Loader. The APL will mount inline to the feeder and your existing conveyor and travel will be in the reverse direction of the feed. The feeder will be signalled to feed by a start sensor mounted over your line to detect a passing lug (or a dry contact from you controller). Once a start pulse is recieved the feeder will dispense one product into your moving lugs. The feeder will come equipped with Timing/Speed Compensation controller to place the product into the lugs over the range speeds. The system will be mounted onto a straddle mount stand over your existing line.
