Project Scope: The proposed system consists of an MFT IP 250SLD Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your various products from a stack in the in feed hopper. After the products have been separated they will be transported through the discharge section of the MFT IP 250 which will be a standard 250mm wide discharge assembly. Once a start pulse is recieved from a photo eye mounted over your line to detect your moving base product the feeder will automatically calculate the correct placement position and accuartely place the product using the Continuous Accutipping Controller with electronic encoder feed back. The feeder will be mounted onto a HDCSR 1000-250 Heavy Duty Cantilevered Stand on Rollers to straddle your folder. A remote keypad will allow you control of the feeder interface from a remote location up to 2 meters away.
