Project Scope: The proposed system consists of an MFT IP 550XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your targets from a stack in the in feed hopper. The IP 550XED will have an APL 1000-550 Automatic Product Loader for increased loading capacity and stack height control. The APL 1000-550 will automatically replenish the in feed magazine as the products are fed. As the products are fed through the feeder they will exit the discharge and be accumulated in an ADT 550 Automatic Drop Table. Once the stack has been completed the ADT will drop the stack of products onto a SC 2000-550 Shingling Conveyor. The SC 2000-550 will be a slow moving conveyor and will stop once products reach a detection sensor at the end.
