Project Scope: The proposed system will begin by the product being placed onto the VTC 2000-550 Vacuum Track Conveyor by a MFT IP 350ED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder. As the product travels down the conveyor hot melt adhesive will be applied to the product. The glued product will continue down the conveyor and pass beneath an MFT IP 250XED Industrial High Performance Friction Feeder. The IP 250 will accuratly place a CR - 80 card onto the moving base using the Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feed back. A plow fold will allow you to fold the product as it is fed. The finished product will then be transfered onto your existing flat belt take away conveyor.
