Project Scope: The proposed system will begin by the product being placed onto the VTC 2000-550 Vacuum Track Conveyor. As the product travels down the conveyor Precision Finishing will apply hot melt adhesive to the product. The glued product will continue down the conveyor and pass beneath an MFT IP 250XED Industrial High Performance Friction Feeder. The IP 250 will accuratly place a CR - 80 card onto the moving base using the Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feed back. Precision Finishing will handle the product as it exists the conveyor.
