Project Scope: The system would begin with the end customer placing their base product squarely onto the Vacuum Track Conveyor. Once the product is on the VTC they will be transported down the conveyor where the end customer will apply hot melt glue to the base product. After glue is applied the glued base product will continue to travel down the conveyor and pass beneath the tipping feeder where a product will be accurately placed onto the moving glued base product. After the tip on has been placed the product will be folded by a plow fold with roller hold down assembly.
