Project Scope: an MFT 350 XED Value Series Friction Feeder system configured with a 375 mm(14.76") long roller discharge to feed envelopes up to 300mm (11.81”) wide onto a SC 2000-350 Shingling Conveyor to be labeled by a Multifeeder Technology PA 150 Print and Apply labeling machine at a rate of up to 30 per minute. The MFT 350 Value Friction Feeder will be mounted onto an HDSR 1000-350 Stand on Rollers and will gently separate the envelopes onto the feeder discharge. The feeder will feed the envelopes one at a time onto an SC 2000-350 Shingling Conveyor where a Multifeeder PA 150 Print and Apply Labeling machine with smart tamp will apply a label to the envelope. The PA 150 Labeler will be mounted on a stand and be suspended over the bed of the conveyor and be able to rotate 90 degrees to orient the label in the direction needed. The labeler will have a Datamax print engine model I4308R and receive its images from the customer's network files. The MFT 350 Value Series Friction feeder will be configured with Batch Count Mode. System Integration and testing includes testing of all individual pieces to perform as one complete system. System Integration also includes testing of the feeding performance of each product size at the rate specified as well as creating a detailed set up video showing step by step how to set up and operate the equipment with each of the different samples provided at the rates specified prior to shipment. Basis of discount $32,640 x .15 = $4,896. excludes Print Engine upgrade, RLC Stand and Integration.
