Project Scope: System 2: - Tipping The proposed system consists of an MFT IP 350ED Industrial High Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products. As the products are fed from the Multifeeder they will be accurately placed onto the moving base using the Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feedback. The system will mount onto a straddle mount assembly over your line. The proposal also includes the upgrade to do Mag Reading in the discharge of the feeder as they are fed. This kit includes Hard Carcass Discharge Belts, Discharge Belt Tensioners, Mag Reader, Mag Reader Mounting, move E/R pair upstream and gearing. A 1D Barcode Reader system is included with the proposal to allow you to read barcodes. The main Barcode assembly comes with a top mounting bracket to mount the reader on the top of the discharge. Additional Bottom Mount brackets were also proposed to allow you to read codes on the bottom side of the discharge.
