Project Scope: A Multifeeder Technology MFT 350 XED Values Series Friction feeder system with 375mm (14.76”) extended discharge to present products up to 300mm (11.81") wide to be ink jet printed by a customer supplied and integrated ink jet machine. The MFT 350 Friction feeder will gently separate the cookie bag or cookie carton blank products onto the feeder discharge. A customer-supplied and integrated Ink Jet Printer will apply a date code to the products as they travel on the feeder discharge. The feeder will be equipped with batch code mode allowing the operator to set the count and drop the printed products into a box or onto a table top. The feeder will be equipped with an alert light to show operating conditions running (green), low product (yellow), jam or problem (red). The feeder system will be mounted onto a HDSR 1000-350 Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility
