Project Scope: The proposed system consists of an MFT IP 250XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your blister cards (2.5” X 4”) from a vertical stack in the in feed. As they are fed they will be separated and fed into the discharge section of the Multifeeder. The system will feed the cards in continuous mode and begin the feed sequence by an operator initiating the sequence on the feeder control panel. As the cards exit the Multifeeder they will be processed by Ameripac. Ameripac will handle all integration with secondary operations in the discharge of the Multifeeder. Optional items include: IMCT 250 Catch Tray to accumulate the blister cards as they exit the discharge and automatically begin the next batch when an operator removes the existing batch, HDSR 1000-250 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility, Batch Count mode to feed into batches, Signal light to alert operator of machine status, discharge side guiding to register the product in the discharge.
