Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a Multifeeder Technology MFT 350 Value Series XED Friction Feeder system with 375mm (14.76") extended discharge to feed various product up to 300mm (11.81") wide at a rate of up to 300 per minute. The MFT 350 Friction Feeder will gently separate the sheets onto the feeder discharge. The feeder will be equipped with Batch Count Mode. The feeder will be equipped with EZ Tipping consisting of an encoder with wheel mounted on your base machine to monitor the speed of the base machine. As the speed of the base machine changes, the computer timing compensation package will vary the speed and timing of the feeder to ensure that the insert is placed accurately regardless of the speed of the base machine. Options available: As an option the MFT 350 Value Series Friction Feeder can be equipped with Double Detection. Other options include a Low Product Sensor Assembly, a spare parts kit, and standard feeder installation.
