Project Scope: A Multifeeder Technology MFT 550 Industrial Performance Friction Feeder with 375mm (14.76") extended discharge to feed slip sheets up to 500mm (19.68") wide into boxes perpendicular to flow as they travel on your existing conveyor at a rate of up to 60 per minute. The MFT 550 Industrial Performance Friction feeder system will gently separate the slip sheets one at a time onto the feeder discharge. The Feeder system will be signaled to feed a slip sheet into a box as it travels on your existing conveyor from the side by a Photo Optic Start Sensor Assembly. The feeder system will be mounted onto an HDSR 1000-550 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility.
