Project Scope: The proposed system consists of an MFT IP 550XLD Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the Multifeeder. As the products are dispensed from the discharge section of the Multifeeder they will accurately place the product onto your moving base by a patented Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feed back. The Continuous Accutipping Controller will account for ramp up/down and any line speed variations. The product will be fed into your existing moving top roller for product transfer. The system will mount onto an extruded mounting assembly.
