Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a Multifeeder Technology MFT 250 Industrial Performance Friction feeder configured with a 900mm (35.43”) long 150mm (5.90”) wide discharge to feed 1 to 3 Humidipak products into the hopper of your existing machine at a rate of up to 30 sets per minute. The MFT 250 Friction feeder will separate the packs onto the feeder discharge and will be signaled to feed the packs one at a time into the hopper on your existing machine using a Standard Interface Cable Assembly. The feeder will be equipped with Food grade belts and stripper wheels as per your request. A Remote Keypad Assembly will be connected to the feeder to allow the feeder to be controlled remotely. The feeder system mounting will be provided by the customer or the feeder can also be mounted onto an optional HDSR 1000-250 Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility.
