Project Scope: The proposed system consists of an MFT IP 250XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products into batches. The batches will be accumulated in the ADT 250 Automatic Drop Table until a start pulse is received from the start sensor then the stack will be dropped from the Drop Table to transfer onto your existing lugged in feed. Once the stack has been dropped it will automatically begin counting the next batch. Optional items include: HDSR 1000-250 Heavy Duty Stand on Roller to mount the system onto for height adjustment and mobility, APL 2000-250 Automatic Product Loader for increased loading capacity, Dual Vacuum Tracks with Vacuum Piab for increased feeding friction.
