This page allows you to enter Service Calls into a log that is stored in the database.  This log allows Multifeeder Technology, Inc. to track the number and frequency of calls that are made to our customer service center.
     The front page allows you to view all of the unresolved entries in the system.  If you would like to see all of the calls that have been entered, check the checkbox that says, 'View All'.  This will repopulated the table on the page, allowing you to see all of the calls.
     To enter a new log, click the button that says, 'New Entry'.  When you click this button, a new division should open up allowing you to enter new information in the division.  **Please denote the text boxes with the '(Req.)' in them, these boxes must be filled in.   Once you have entered in all of the information, simply select the "Save" button.  This will create a new record for you and return you the new call reference number.  If you enter this screen and wish to back out without saving, click the "Cancel" button.
     To edit an existing record, find the record in the table and click the "Edit" link next to the record you would like to edit.   This will populate the editing portion of the page for you.  **Please denote, only the current contents on the screen will be changed, so if you delete it from the screen or change it on the screen, only that will be saved.
