3-27-08vp: Effective after 8-2-07, Stripper wheels from Industrial Molded Rubber will NOT have the final grind. IMR requested that MFT work directly with R&S Grinding. This will be a 2 part inspection. Bore: IMR, OD: R&S Grinding.**Need repeatable QA dimensions, so record after "3 Clicks" on the micrometer. 10-16-08vp: Inspection Criteria 1. Read ALL notes and past Receiving Inspection History. 2. Verify correct/current Part Number and revision between MFT PO, MFT drawing, supplier packing slip and part markings. 3. Verify material/finish/plating. 4. Closely check all critical dimensions (dimensions within oval on MFT drawing). R&S Grinding: Tools Required: • 1-2” Mitutoyo Micrometer with SPC data cable/Mic Stand optional.
